Saturday 25th October & Sunday 26th October – Rail-Ex Taunton 2014

One of the main aims of the 2014 show was to organise a show full of the highest quality exhibition layouts on the circuit that had not been exhibited very frequently (if at all) in the South West of England. The feedback received was extremely positive with the venue seeing a steady stream of interested people on both days. The consistently high level of exhibits contributed to an even spread of voting by the general public for the 'best in show' layout to be awarded the Rail-Ex Taunton Cup. Trade support was once again comprehensive and well supported.

The Somerset Railway Modellers Club must thank all our visitors who made the show the success it was and hope they had as much fun attending as we had organising it. We hope to see you all again next year in the same place on the weekend of 24th & 25th October 2015 in half term where we’ll make every attempt to present a show full of modelling interest and even better fun for all the family.
